Abstract

Topicality. Inmodernterms, the use of intellectual property determines the competitivenessof a country, region, enterpriseandshouldbringmaximumprofit. The transformation of intellectual property into aninnovative product, suitable for production and market, is the most difficult stagein thechainconnecting science and thein ventor with the consumer.

Aim and tasks. The purpose of the articleis to study the process of commercialization in the market of objects of intellectual property as a component of the market of innovations.

Research results. The article deals with the main issues of commercialization process in the market of intellectual property objects, as one of the important components of the Ukrainian innovation market.

The stages of transformation of scientifick nowledge intoinnovation are defined.

The structure of the main stages of the innovation process and their connection with the market of intellectual property objects are proposed. In this work the concept of commercialization, it stypes, means and features on the market of objects of intellectual property isstudied. The main indicators of innovation activity of Ukrainian enterprises, namely, enterprises of the food industry, are analyzed. The main problems of the sector of formation and realization of intellectual property in Ukraine are revealed.

Conclusion. The objects of innovation and the process of commercialization can be there sults of any stage of the innovation process, attheen dofe achofits stages, there sults may have a finished appearance and act on the market commodity that has value. All the time itisnecessary to in crease the demand of industrial enterprises and business for theresults of intellectual work and research and development, and to build a system of cooperation between educational, scientific, scientific and technical, research and development institutions and representatives of the real sector of the economy, which in the future willin crease the innovative activity of Ukrainian enterprises. In the country little attentionis paid to the development and financing of science, the formation of the market of intellectual products, the necessary cooperation between the state and entre preneur ship, should create a favor able economic and legal environment for the development of thein tellectual property market, support for the development of innovative entrepreneur ship by the state, improvement of the system of commercialization of the results of intellectual activity at all stages of the innovation process.
