BASIS FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

Abstract

The mechanism of service of containertraffics is characterized by the system of organizational, economic, legal, administrative and regulative actions, processes, that form and influence on the volumes of demand and supplies in services of a service transport center that will result in the expected results of clients and railway transport. With the aim of realization of economic interests of both parties in composition a complex service center it follows to distinguish two blocks: "block of harmonization of interests of owners of goods and transport center" and "block of adaptation to the changes of necessities and requirements of clientele". To analyse, how their activity will influence on the results of center and clients, maybe by means of economic evaluation of work of center and results of satisfaction of necessities of clients in services. The estimation of effectiveness of a transport center and clients it follows to determine by means of coefficient of adaptation to the changes of necessities and requirements of owners of goods and coefficient of harmonization of them economic interests. Taking into account said, a necessity is determination of essence of coefficients of adaptation and harmonization (general pleasure). The coefficient of adaptation to the changes of necessities of owners of goods characterizes efficiency of reacting of marketing subdivision of service center in the operative order on the changes of necessities and requirements of owners of goods. The coefficient of harmonization determines efficiency of adjusting of interests of owners of goods and service to the cent with the aim of their pleasure. Going out the graphic model of optimization of charges and profits each of participants of vehicular process it follows to be stopped for the acceptable values of both coefficients.
The results of service center will depend on speed of reacting of marketing department on the change of necessities of consumers. At determination of results from the effective reacting in the structure of earnings and charges of a transport service center it follows to envisage the profitable and expense articles. Profits must exceed charges, or equal them, that will assist providing of workplace of worker.
